Collection

You can collect an order from the restaurant when that option is available at checkout. Use the pickup location shown in checkout. Call or WhatsApp if you need help finding us.

Delivery

Where delivery is offered at checkout, we use the address and phone number you enter. Availability can vary by area and by the options WooCommerce shows you. We have not published a fixed delivery time or a guaranteed delivery window on this page.

Catering and bulk orders

Larger catering orders are arranged after an enquiry. Delivery or on-site details for those orders are confirmed by the restaurant for that event.

Problems with an order

If an item is missing, incorrect, or there is a genuine quality problem, contact us with your order number. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for how we handle those cases.
